Bio
Ana Homayoun is an academic advisor and early career development expert specializing in executive functioning, technology use, and energy management. She is the founder of Green Ivy Educational Consulting, a Silicon Valley-based firm that supports students, parents, and educators in navigating today’s complex academic landscape with practical tools for success and well-being.
Ana is the author of four books, including her latest, Erasing the Finish Line: The New Blueprint for Student Success Beyond Grades and College Admissions, which reimagines how we define and support student achievement. Her previous works—That Crumpled Paper Was Due Last Week, The Myth of the Perfect Girl, and Social Media Wellness—have been widely acclaimed for their insights into adolescent development and education.
She also leads Luminaria Learning Solutions, a nonprofit initiative focused on the Life Navigator School Advisory Program, an executive functioning curriculum grounded in social-emotional learning and equity.
